I know that we don't all want to be fitness models and it's not necessarily worth the work required to have a body like Anjelina Jolie (although you can certainly achieve that if you want to).
This blog is and will always be aimed at those of us who want to have a flatter tummy, lose some of the wobblier bits and feel better about ourselves.
